Abstract
The knowledge of "reasoning soul" is the most important epistemological issue in the teachings of Rajab Ali Tabrizi. Regarding the importance of this issue for him, it is enough that he has tied the understanding of the "truth of science" to it. The upcoming research tries to explain and evaluate Hakim's point of view with a descriptive-analytical method, with the observational question design of "Knowledge of the speaking self and its connection with the levels of science". Tabrizi makes an argument for the separation of the types of soul (vegetable, animal and reasoning) as well as the violation of the theory of "physical occurrence of the soul", but in the following, while describing the speaking soul as the "Great Name of God", he refuses to explain the matter further. He calls the Taliban of self-knowledge to be thoughtful in religious texts, spiritual behavior and companionship with religious scholars. In this matter, Tabrizi has not only gone far beyond the content of platonic, but also deviated from their method. Hakim's tone in explaining the truth of the soul is very mystical and transcendental. To explain the "truth of science", Tabrizi explains one by one the three levels of self-perceptions (sensual, imaginary and intellectual) along with their rules and accessories. Hakim's statement about the sensory and imaginary perceptions of a person is presented in the style of the pilgrims, but he establishes a close connection between the intellectual perceptions of a real human being and the knowledge of the reasoning soul.
